CC&Rs & ACC

There are 2 types of ACC forms; 1 type is used for all changes NOT related to the roof (ACC w/o Roof) and 1 type is used for changes related to the roof (ACC w/ Roof). The goal is for residents to complete the applicable online ACC form with all the necessary attachments, including the ACC form with your neighbor's signature(s) or the emails confirming approval of your ACC.
