As mentioned above, our community has a professional website where you can access your account information and pay your annual HOA dues. westchesterhomeowners.com It is very important that you register for an account as that is the primary means the board has for communications with you . On the website, you will find useful information, including the CC&Rs (Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions, otherwise known as “the rules”) and the ACC approval form/submission. The ACC form is needed for ANY changes to the exterior of your home, including removal of trees. The purpose of the CC&Rs and the ACC committee is to ensure all properties are maintained in order to preserve the beauty of our neighborhood and to maintain property value.

 

Please create/register for an account on the website. The registration button is on the top right of the website. Select “Membership” as the membership type. On the registration page, all entries with a Red asterisk needs to be filled in (Lot # can be found on website). Once the HOA Board approves your registration request, you will receive an email to allow you to set/reset your password to access the site. You may opt out of allowing your information to be shown in the member directory once you set up the account. The HOA Board needs at least one email address where we can contact you for HOA business only.
